Bonded and Insured

DogDo Dogwalkers is bonded and insured through Pet Sitters International. The bonding and insuring company is called Business Insurers of the Carolinas, which is underwritten by Century Insurance Group (liability) and St. Paul Travelers (bonding).

Having insurance means that our company has coverage when we have your pet in our care, custody, and control whether it be in your home, in transit, or at our home. That also includes liability coverage for your personal property and your pet. So, if personal property in your home were to be damaged, for example, and we were liable for it, we would have coverage for that loss. The bonding comes in to effect if one of our employees were to steal personal property belonging to a client.
